: Our client is a SEBI registered Category I Merchant Banker, an Investment Banker offering, Funds raising Debt and Equity, Debt Management, restructuring, and Debt raising for NBFC, Real Estate, Manufacturing, Service, Renewable & Infrastructure companies
They are in the process of launching a Debt focused AIF and a Platform for enabling Lenders to evaluate, bid and Lend to MSME with majority of process from origination, underwriting to disbursement done digitally and minimal physical process
Headquartered in BKC (Bandra Kurla Complex), Mumbai & branches at Ahmedabad & New Delhi.
Founders & team collectively have over three decades of experience in raising debt & devising and structuring innovative structures for mobilizing debt and debt solutions for NBFC / Corporates
This organization also has extensive experience and expertise in Special Situation Financing, helping stressed/distress Companies in fundraising.
Job Title: Senior Investment Banker - Mumbai
Placement of proposal with Bank/Financial Institution/Mutual Fund/Insurance Co. etc.
Job Responsibilities:
Candidate with experience in handling Stressed assets / Special Situation funding /One time settlement (OTS) /)/Restructuring, /Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code (IBC) case or worked under Insolvency Practitioner (IP) can also be considered
Candidates working in Bank placement department/Rating Agency with strong relation with bank/Credit Rating Advisors/ Merchant Bankers, Chartered Accounts involved in fund raising for Middle to large corporates/NBFC/Real estate etc through debt capital market, Banks, NBFC & special situation funds
Key Skills: Key Skills:
Experience in Credit Placement (Loans/ NCDs) with Banks/NBFCs/ FIs/Mutual funds/Insurance cos. etc
Should have experience in handling syndication/ sanction of loans of value in excess of INR 25 crs per transaction for corporates/NBFC/Real estate sectors etc.
Should have relation with GM/DGM/ED of Bank/Financial Institution
Mandatory:
Candidates with experience of Placement of small Retail loans, LAP, SME etc not eligible
