Senior Instructional Design Lead - Learning

Job DescriptionCertification or training in Instructional design would be an additional advantage Ability to work effectively, with minimal day-to-day supervision, and within a team environment to significantly contribute to the success of the team Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content Ability to work in teams and with client stakeholders, multitasking, and prioritization of tasks Basic knowledge of ERPs, such as, SAP, Oracle, etc. is an added advantage Basic knowledge of various learning systems, such as SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, etc. is an added advantage Design learning solutions based on client requirements Conduct Training Needs analysis, Audience Analysis, Develop Training Strategy Develop standards and templates for the proposed learning solutions Create Course Outline, Learning Objectives, Evaluation strategies Gather and analyze Instructional content Liaise with Subject Matter Expert to collate all essential content Create effective training materials mapping the client s needs, such as Instruction-led training/ Virtual Instructor Led Training (VILT), web-based training, simulations, videos, and performance support content Write storyboards by understanding the raw content and repurposing it based on audience, content, and other considerations Develop evaluation questionnaires based on the Instructional Design and evaluation strategy Conduct peer reviews of the training materials Plan and organize reviews of the training materials with all key stakeholders Ensure that the Instructional Design and evaluation strategy is implemented as per the design Employement Category:Employement Type: Full time Industry: IT Services & Consulting Role Category: General / Other Software Functional Area: Not Applicable Role/Responsibilies: Senior Instructional Design Lead - Learning
