Role

As Lead- Digital Marketing & Activations you will be part of the Marketing and will report to the Head- Marketing HDBU.

The purpose of your role will be the owner of the business solutions design, teams, programs and operations that drives the Harley-Davidson digital marketing and customer personalization targeting strategy. The role incumbent will work as an integral part of the HDBU in providing management over and planning and implementation of digital marketing services, delivering an integrated and an effective digital experience to our customers across all channels including but not limited to Social, Mobile and Web and enhancing revenue opportunities and delivering a hassle free experience to our customers.

A purpose driven role for you

Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

  • To oversee social media accounts and initiatives, ensuring excellence in digital services and project/staff efficiencies
  • Responsible for all social listening and facilitating all related processes on social media, forums, blogs, ratings and reviews, etc
  • Work with Media team to drive Marketing KPIs of Awareness, Consideration and Conversion
  • Dealer digitization and hyperlocal
  • Own E2E digital experience from prospecting to sales to retention including UI/UX
  • Owner of personalization and contact strategy
A Day in the life

The role incumbent will be a leader who can identify and support marketing business strategies ensures success on projects through a proven track record of applying good marketing, staff and project management techniques, methods and tools to develop and deliver a world class digital marketing outcome.

  • Owns the business solutions design and drives the personalization targeting strategy.
  • Owns and drives UI/ UX, social content strategy, ORM, Digital analytics, Conversion funnel, personalization, Digital innovation, Hyperlocal,
  • Influencer marketing, SEO, e-Commerce.
  • Key point of contact for digital performance & web. Ensures the digital business is continually focused and aligned with business objectives.
  • Determines priority of new digital implementation projects.
Academic Qualification & Experience

B.Tech & MBA with core specialization in Marketing

12+ Years of experience in an ability to design and make the customer experience better through a clear vision and strong client relationship is crucial, as is working towards building customer satisfaction, loyalty, and referrals.Using data from customer experiences to get insight into their perspective is imperative when looking to grow and improve the digital customer experience and build customer loyalty to the brand.
