What would you do

Dispute Management Bill Cycle Process: v Billing Dispute Management Services covers dispute management customer center, M&P, dispute call center & back office functions, Project management services, etc. Job Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for Bill Cycle checks by performing pre-bill run validations, Performa sample post bill run validations, generation and printing of Alt Media, ebill, etc. and loading of PDF invoices to the customer portal (Applicable to UB,GBP,DCS,Oracle,IES,and IBS-CLA & Canada bill cycles).
2.Tools Development-Tooling/Requirements/Work center balancing
3.Analytics-Tech/Reporting
4.Complex Billing Project Management - Escalation from front line to resolve complex billing issues
5.Analyze and determine resolution actions of recurring billing issues
6.Perform pre-bill validations and share anomalies with billing operations team
7.Perform internal and external audits at periodic intervals & ensure adequate controls are in place for the observations identified.
8.Analyze data as inputs to leadership presentations
9.Determine and trigger required actions/coordinate with dispute agents for resolutions
10.Perform bill verification and review as required 1
1.Perform inquiries, receive calls from customers, sales account managers in regards to disputes, and electronic disputes for categories including US billing (i.e.UB New Products,MOW,and Legacy MOW, complex billing management, sapphire and dispute management) 1
2.Perform Fraud investigation activities as required SKILL SETS REQUIRED:-
Analytical ability to organize, evaluate,and present complex data with excellent written and oral skills
Knowledge of telecommunications services
Stakeholder management skills
Effective communication skills
Knowledge in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio Excel, Access, Project
SQL, Visual Studio experience
Ability to handle the critical situations and manage complexity
Customer service skills
PC literacy (Ability to work with data, transform and display data into reasonable and understandable format)
Time management skills ability to track work independently and in timely manner
Negotiation skills to ensure customer satisfaction as well as satisfaction of AT&T internal processes and rules
Ability to communicate on different organizational levels, with different organizational audiences from different parts of the world
Broader Project Management knowledge and/or Business Analysis Experience is big advantage
Demonstrates abilities to investigate and resolve billing inquires and billing disputes raised by internal/external customer
