Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition, reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, and help the company a great place to work and an outstanding life experience! We are looking for someone to help us build on our existing talent acquisition processes by focusing on improving equity and inclusion in hiring. This position will focus on leading a team of Talent Acquisition Partners as they build sourcing strategies and candidate pipelines. This is a hands-on position, not only requiring someone with a forward-looking perspective, but someone that is also willing to get down in the weeds.

Key Responsibilities

Builds and aligns talent acquisition strategies to the demands of the business and individual departments.

Develops effective relationships within the organization and the hiring community to influence and impact the equitable and inclusive recruiting process and hiring.

Manages, leverages, and challenges existing recruiting strategies, methods, and systems to generate an equitably proactive and inclusively efficient approach to sourcing, assessing, and on-boarding qualified talent.

Manages all aspects of the hiring process: Position requisitions, reference checks, job descriptions, offer letters, ATS selection & configuration, onboarding, etc.

Develops a set of metrics to track the performance of the talent acquisition and management functions.

Continuously champions. promotes, and advocates diversity, equity, and inclusion through all job-related functions.

Consistently demonstrate integrity and credibility by establishing trust through inclusive behavior and leadership

Travel, as the need arises, to applicable events.

Skills and Qualifications

1+ years proven experience in the HR field, specifically as a Manager, Sr. Manager, HR Business Partner, Talent Acquisition Specialist, specializing in recruiting, or a combination of any of the above.

Solid understanding of federal and state employment laws

Experience recruiting for nonexempt, exempt and leadership positions at a national, remote-first organization.

Experience with talent acquisition processes in support of diversity, equity and inclusion efforts.

Previous experience tracking and reporting on recruiting metrics.

Experience in full-cycle recruiting.

Experience in working with HRIS and applicant tracking systems (Paycom highly preferred).

Bachelor's degree, preferred.

PHR/SPHR and/or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification, preferred.
