Job Description:We are thrilled to be assisting our client in their search for a Senior Sales Representative in the Oil & Gas sector for the Odessa, TX market. Our client is a leader in providing essential power, heating, and cooling solutions to communities and businesses worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct cold calls, manage accounts, develop presentations, and close deals.
• Maintain records of sales contacts, meetings, opportunities, proposals, and orders.
• Sell equipment rental and services to potential customers.
• Develop and execute an annual territory sales plan.
• Collaborate with the operations and logistics teams for project execution and completion.
• Demonstrate a general understanding of power generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution equipment, HVAC systems, and/or oil-free air compressors.
• Participate in the recruitment process to ensure we attract top talent.
