We are seeking an accomplished leader in product management for mobile applications. This senior leadership role will play a pivotal role in shaping the vision and executing a comprehensive strategy for mobile applications related to consumer and employee-facing casino gaming systems. The individual in this role will engage with senior management across various departments and lead a team of Product Managers. Responsibilities include ensuring consistent and reliable product deadlines, conducting market research, planning launches, and achieving growth and revenue targets. This position involves close collaboration with customers, regulatory bodies, and sales and marketing teams to integrate market requirements and customer needs into future product releases within a dynamic environment. The role is integral to maintaining a dominant market position through innovative product evolution and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership experience in product management, strategy development, and business case creation for mobile apps.
• Motivating and inspiring teams to enhance their overall effectiveness.
• Thought leadership for Aristocrat's product portfolio and served markets.
• Developing strategic product roadmaps in partnership with senior product and development leadership.
• Fostering innovation and risk-taking to create and deliver business models that enhance customer and guest interactions and experiences.
• Adhering to company and team guidelines.
• Performing all other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Design, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of experience in product-related management roles, with a preference for mobile applications expertise.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication skills and team leadership abilities.
• Facilitation of productive discussions leading to conclusions.
• Collaborative team player.
• Ability and willingness to engage in substantive dialogues across all organizational levels.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and market research skills.
• Exceptional ethics, judgment, and a drive for success.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience working within an Agile development methodology.
