About the team: Merchant Helpdesk team handles merchant queries and concerns on QR code,EDC and Sound box-related issues like payment, settlement, device-related issues, etc.
About the role: 1. Managing and leading multiple contact centers 2. Ensure program success through strong performance management of KPIs (Productivity, Quality, AL, SL etc.) 3. High Proficiency in English (both spoken and written). 4. Prior Knowledge of CRM tools / software. 5. Merchant support experience. 6. Proficient Excel and Google sheets skills. 7. Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills. 8. To-do attitude and problem-solving state of mind. Should be comfortable multi-tasking in a high-energy environment. 9. Oversee day-to-day operation 10. Listen to team members feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts 11. In-depth knowledge of performance metrics 12. Good PC skills, especially MS Excel 13. Excellent communication and leadership skills
