Essential Functions

  • Gain trust with client by displaying expertise in clients field and therapy area, including ability to provide point of view on proper design and implementation of studies using MMIT/Norstella real world data solutions of claims, lab, and/or EHR. This role will be primarily focused on market access and commercialization efforts but could touch upon other areas of pharmaceutical life cycle management.
  • Prepare for all clients capabilities meetings by identifying product need triggers and use cases Display proficiency with a variety of large, complicated healthcare datasets.
  • Deliver presentations of solutions of offerings. Provide a point of view and tailored product demonstration based on product lifecycle, therapeutic area, and other important considerations.
  • Comfort collaborating and being an active design advocate to leadership and companywide across Norstella.
  • In collaboration with sales, identify opportunities for business alignment by supporting pre-sales activities such as solution enablement, thought leadership, and differentiated messaging relevant to various use cases and clinical indications
  • Lead authoring RFP/RFI responses, engaging other company resources to help as needed, and ensuring that the RFP/RFI is completed on time.
  • Become an expert in the features, benefits, and applications of real-world evidence and adjacent research teams.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience industry experience (in a commercial facing role in pharma/biotech, business strategy, launch planning, or consulting for life sciences companies) or pharma/biotech data analytics or commercial operation roles supporting launch of complex pharmaceuticals
  • Strong understanding of market access strategies, payer and reimbursement dynamics, patient journey HCP prescribing dynamics, and healthcare systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams and work collaboratively across departments.
  • History of successfully leading various customer relationships and scopes with excellence and grace under pressure, problem solver
  • Experience of healthcare databases (e.g., claims, EHR, hospital, registry) and the pros/cons of various sources
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, results-oriented individual who is highly motivated, decisive, flexible in thought, and has the creativity to excel
  • Must be able to travel 25% or more.

The OTE for this position ranges from $210,000 - $230,000. It is not typical to be offered at the top of the budget. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered.
