• Lead and manage daily plant financial and accounting activities, including performing monthly general ledger journal entries, financial analysis, and reporting.
• Prepare, maintain, and distribute detailed weekly major program metrics spreadsheets and reports. Review and analyze plant financial statements to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Manage and perform forecasting and budget processes. Perform a detailed review of all capital expenditures.
• Provide financial representation in leadership team meetings. Prepare and communicate financials between plant management and corporate management.
• Monitor and maintain internal controls. Provide assistance to department, plant management, and senior management, completing assigned projects.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong background in manufacturing accounting and management roles.
• CPA and MBA (preferred).
• Proficient in MS Word and PowerPoint, with advanced Excel skills. Highly knowledgeable in accounting/finance, including GAAP and statutory requirements.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in investigative and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated management proficiency.
