avad3 Event Production is looking for a personable Project Manager to help us continue to grow!

ABOUT THIS ROLE

As a small business, weve experienced tremendous growth over the past few years. Weve scaled up, established our culture, and now are ready for the next phase of growth. With that horizon has come some challenges. We have big goals and special projects that are getting held up. As a team, our day to day roles serving clients and doing what were each gifted at is standing in the way of accomplishing big-picture objectives.

Projects that take months of collaboration internally and externally are getting bottle-necked. One long-range example will be solving for us running out of space in our building. Our day-to-day team needs to continue to serve todays clients. You would unlock future growth by managing the project of expanding on our limited office & warehouse space. Beyond that finish line are multiple other multi-year initiatives that need a dedicated point of contact to rally the team with keeping milestones on-track.

Ultimately, you will contribute to the business by unlocking the next stage of our growth. Listening to challenges from leadership, initiating projects, and personably carrying them out with your experienced professionalism, leading with communication.

THE PERFECT FIT

With years of experience supporting various types of projects, youre positive you love the role of Project Manager. Youre eager to serve in an environment where you are valued, where you can make a difference on a business smaller than a major corporation, and where youre not expected to be on 24/7 as some Project Management roles require. Perhaps youve done well where you are but are ready to be closer to the results of your work, where seeing the tangible outcome with your own eyes matters to you more than moving a metric on a spreadsheet.
