Hire Resolve, a specialist Recruitment & Staffing firm, is looking for a Senior Audit Manager for their client.

The Senior Audit Manager will be responsible for managing the auditory process and ensuring compliance with accounting and auditing regulations and standards. This position will play a critical role in Hire Resolve's mission of finding the best possible position for career growth, by ensuring that their clients' compliance needs are met.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall audit process, ensuring compliance with accounting and auditing regulations and standards.
• Prepare and present audit reports to management and other stakeholders.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and make recommendations for improvements.
• Supervise and guide members of the audit team throughout the audit process.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, including managing client expectations and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Monitor changes in accounting and auditing regulations and standards, and adjust audit procedures and policies accordingly.
• Participate in the development and implementation of audit plans and strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• CPA certification.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in audit management, preferably in the accounting industry.
• Advanced knowledge of accounting and auditing regulations and standards.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present and explain complex information clearly and effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
