Employee promotion results in our search for a custody processor who works within this department of three and assists in its operations by performing duties such as reviewing daily petitions, filings, and correspondence; prioritizing and tracking each petition; coordinating the scheduling of court proceedings with Court Administration; using software to look up docketing information; submitting paperwork to Prothonotary's Office; compiling monthly statistics and data; and assisting other office personnel as necessary.
Requirements
Qualified applicants will possess a high school diploma or GED, effective interpersonal relations and communications skills (both verbal and written), ability to maintain utmost confidentiality, ability to regularly handle multiple tasks simultaneously, computer literacy, and data entry skills.
