Job Description

• Reparation of Instrument Index & I/O list on SPI.
• Preparation of Hook ups, cable tray and tubing layout.
• Preparation of BOQ (BILL OF QUANTITY) as per scope of supply.
• Preparing of Instrument datasheet on SPI for gas compression packages and Natural gas compressor packages submitted for client approval.
• Preparation of project activity schedules for E&I work.
• Co-ordination with client / consultants & suppliers for technical discussions.
• Preparation of Cable schedule & JB schedule.
• Knowledge in Legends and Symbols used in P&ID.
• Inspection of control panel & Field instruments on receipt as well as vendorsplace.
• Hot loop and cold loop checking of wiring.
• Memory mapping as per I/OS.
• Inspection and testing as well as trouble shooting of control panel as per control philosophy.
• Hardware configuration in PLC & program uploading & downloading from PLC.
• Preparing work plan for packages.
• Monitoring & Tracking project progress.
• Resolve technical issues at client site.
• Installation, Calibration & testing of instrument for package and report.
