Superior Aircraft Services is looking for bright, ambitious, and motivated professionals to join our team as Baggage Handler. In this role you will be responsible for assisting incoming airline passengers with their baggage, especially large and oversize baggage.

Requirements

What you will do:
  • Assist passengers with their baggage
  • Communicate with passengers and team members
  • Ensure all luggage is handled respectfully and with care
  • Safely transport oversized passenger luggage from the ticket counter to TSA for screening and processing. Examples of oversized, unusually shaped luggage may include skis, pet kennels, musical instruments, audio/visual equipment, medical equipment, medical devices, and strollers.
  • Assisting the airline ticket counter staff with the loading of passenger luggage onto the conveyer belt and spacing out luggage to prevent luggage jams on the conveyor belt

What you bring:

  • Friendly disposition to communicate with passengers clearly
  • Ability to lift heavy objects up to 100lbs
  • Ability to swiftly walk long distances for an extended period of time
  • Ability to pass required airport background check
