Sono Bello, a market leader in healthcare and aesthetics, is actively seeking a seasoned IT Business Systems Analyst with a specialized focus on Business Process Automation (BPA)(link removed) Ideal candidates will have several years of experience in Information Technology and be comfortable with extensive engagement up to Sono Bellos C-suite level. What You Will Do:

• Collaborate with Finance and HR: Serve as the key liaison between the Technology team and our Finance and HR departments, utilizing your Business Process Automation and Robotic Process Automation expertise to optimize their systems and processes.
• Drive Operational Efficiency: Lead BPA initiatives within CRM, ERP, and HR Systems to streamline operations, reduce manual tasks, and mitigate human error.
• Innovate and Elevate: Apply your specialized skills in Business Process Automation and Robotic Process Automation to refine existing systems and pioneer innovative solutions.
• Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering and IT, to align technological initiatives with Sono Bello's strategic objectives such as operational efficiency and prioritization discipline.

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

• BPA Mastery: Hands-on experience with Business Process Automation is mandatory, especially in complex, enterprise-level settings.
• IT Experience: Minimum of 5 years progressive experience in IT
• System Acumen: Proven experience with CRM, ERP, and HR Systems is essential. Familiarity with Azure and Microsoft 365 platforms is also required.
• Strategic Alignment: Capability to align technology projects with business goals, crucial for our mission to exceed KPIs and achieve organizational objectives.
• Team and Leadership Synergy: Strong interpersonal skills that align with our 'leadership as service' culture and contribute to team cohesion.
• Note: Candidates solely focused on Data Science are not suitable for this role.

Compensation
At Sono Bello, we believe that our team members are the keys to our success. The compensation range for this role is $98k-$120k, depending on experience.
