Jomboy Media, a leading multimedia sports and entertainment company, is seeking an Integrated Marketing Manager to join their growing team. Founded in 2017 by Jimmy "Jomboy" OBrien and Jake Storiale, Jomboy Media has quickly become one of the most popular independent brands for baseball content on the internet, with over 1.7 million subscribers on YouTube and top-ranking baseball podcasts. The ideal candidate will have experience in sports marketing, strong communication and organizational skills, and a passion for creating innovative and engaging client marketing campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sports marketing, with demonstrated success in developing and executing multi-platform campaigns across multiple channels (digital media, content, experiential, social & influencer marketing)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to create clear, effective and visually-engaging proposal decks in Google Slides with strong storytelling and mocks
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners
  • Solutions-focused, highly creative and strategic problem-solver who is a self-starter, detail-oriented, highly organized and able to manage multiple projects at any given time
  • Passion for sports and entertainment, with a particular interest in baseball and Jomboy Media's content


Responsibilities

  • Lead innovation and strategic ideation for marketing proposals that include video integrations, custom content, and tentpole ideas across digital and social channels.
  • You will work cross functionally to craft strategic program packages in pre-sale and closely with account management in post-sales.
  • Create comprehensive marketing plans for new and existing Jomboy Media content franchises (Baseball, Warehouse Games, Football, Cricket, Boxing, etc)
  • Develop high-quality proposals and presentations that deliver multi-platform client focused solutions while leveraging media, promotional & activation concepts, social, and sponsorship opportunities
  • Collaborate with Jomboy Media's sales team to develop and position sponsorship opportunities for brand partners and advertising agencies
  • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, utilizing data to optimize future initiatives
  • Leads and manages the RFP process for all high budget RFP's
  • Manages the creation of high-quality tentpole sales materials that successfully showcase the tactics being pitched within a strategic sales story
  • Develops breakthrough Marketing materials that bring to life the unique selling proposition of Jomboy Media including but not limited to sales presentations, trade website/online media kit, sizzle videos, one-sheets, and email blasts
  • Supports daily communication with internal and external parties, including Sales, Content, Production, Social, and Clients

Interview Process
  • 15 min video screen with Director of People
  • 30 min in-person interview with CRO in our Midtown office
  • 30 min video interview with Integrated Marketer
  • 60 min Presentation in our Midtown office


Salary 90-100k + Bonus eligibilty
