Dew Software is seeking an Order Picker to join our team. As a leading player in the Digital Transformation space, we take pride in our commitment to quality and excellence. As an Order Picker, you will be an integral part of our organization, responsible for accurately and efficiently picking and preparing orders, ensuring timely delivery to our customers. You will work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where attention to detail and teamwork are critical for success.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
• Load and unload products from delivery vehicles.
• Inspect products for defects and damages before shipment.
• Track inventory levels and submit reports of damaged products or low stock items.
• Operate and maintain warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure orders are completed efficiently and on time.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items.
• Prior experience in a warehouse setting or with order picking preferred.
• Familiarity with warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Must be able to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and management.
