Description:

The Product Manager, at TA Digital will be responsible for both product planning and product marketing, and playing a pivotal role in driving the implementation of a new platform by understanding business challenges in order to create new business solutions. This includes helping define the product vision, managing the product offering throughout the product lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing requirements, and working closely with engineering, to deliver a winning solution. The Product Manager will also ensure the product and marketing efforts support the clients overall business strategy and goals.

Responsibilities:

Represent the AEM & Workfront product from the vendor (Adobe) perspective in the client solution with responsibility for:

  • Maintain Adobe product releases, updates, patches and more for Adobe AEM & Workfront Products
  • Working closely with the Sr. Product Implementation Manager and cross-functional team members on the vendor and solution product roadmap, analyzing feature priorities and dependencies and ensuring implementation
  • Working with the Sr. Product Manager and Principal Product Manager to manage the development and launch features on the product roadmap in coordination with strategic milestones and the Adobe Content Supply Chain Roadmap
  • Developing, grooming, prioritizing, and managing the AEM / Workfront backlog as part of the Adobe Solution implementation project
  • Collaborating with Solution Delivery Operating Team to develop accelerators for a scaled implementation
  • Coordinating with Agency Delivery Teams responsible for Workfront implementations while leveraging user feedback to prioritize roadmap features with business analysis
  • Soliciting, curating, analyzing and vetting feature and enhancement requests from business users
  • Writing user stories with defined acceptance criteria while working with the Business Analyst team to develop scope and backlog items and ensure a consistent and complete approach to communicating requirements to technical teams
  • Defining the roles of system admin and local admin in the solution / product ecosystem
  • Helping the technical team support the product while taking ownership of all relevant issues and resolutions

  • Teamwork and Collaboration: Working collaboratively with others, building and maintaining productive relationships, and promoting a cooperative work environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree (MBA preferred)
  • 6+ years of industry experience in the content management ecosystem
  • 3+ years experience as a Product Manager or Product Marketing Manager
  • Demonstrated success defining and launching products including AEM & Workfront
  • Technical background, with experience on both AEM and Workfront
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent teamwork skills
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
  • Must be able to travel 25% of the time
  • Able to provide a redacted example of effective document delivered in the past

Compensation:

The salary range listed is for informational purposes. TA Digital treats all applicants as individuals taking into consideration but not limited to their professional and academic experience, specialized training, certifications and associated responsibilities as it relates to our specific industry. The salary range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for each unique employee. An estimated base salary of $135K 155K plus 10% variable component is anticipated for this role in the US.
