Responsibilities

As an Account Executive, you will work with pre-screened, inbound leads developed by the company. There is no cold-calling or lead generation required. Your job is to manage inbound leads by providing a consultation to help clients meet their retirement goals. You will be trained to present mortgage opportunities over the phone, educating the customer on the product and process and will work with the customer throughout the entire loan process.

  • Participate in our state-of-the-art training program to learn how to interview applicants and advise customers on product, pricing, and process via phone call. This will refine your communication skills and negotiation tactics so you can excel in this role.
  • Work closely with leadership and mentors to achieve milestones.
  • Apply consistent effort and great attitude to meet planned sales goals.
  • Manage inbound leads by phone, email, text, and CRM.
  • Analyze financial and credit data and determine client financing objectives.
  • Follow loan from application to closing and provide consistent, top-tier customer service from start to finish.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.

  • Demonstrate patience and professionalism when interacting with customers.
  • Detail oriented and organized with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
