Ripple Effect is looking for a Senior Events Specialist with at least 7 years of experience to support our clients mission. This role will work closely with our Communications and Outreach team under general supervision to collaborate with multiple partners in the pre-production, planning, and execution of meetings and events that support the work of Ripple Effect. This individual will support the team and assist with cross-functional tasks within the planning process, with a focus on logistics, audio/video and technical aspects of event support.

General Information
Responsibilities
- Creating and managing the production timeline to ensure clients needs are met
- Manages technical aspects of all events
- Supports registration and creates post event reports for the client
- Researches and manages vendors
- May perform other job duties as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum Education and Experience
- High School Diploma
- 7 years of relevant experience
Basic Requirements
- Experience supporting and coordinating events
- Experience setting up and running virtual and hybrid events
- In person event experience
- Experience with virtual platforms
- Researching and selecting vendors
