Job Description

We are currently looking for a dedicated and skilled Injection Moulding Machine Maintenance Technician to join our team in Hosur. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance and repair of injection moulding machines, ensuring the continuous and efficient operation of our production equipment. Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct regular maintenance and servicing of injection moulding machines to ensure their proper functioning.

2. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with injection moulding machines, including hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical components.

3. Perform routine inspections to identify and address potential problems before they lead to breakdowns.

4. Carry out repairs and replacement of faulty components, such as pumps, valves, motors, and sensors.

5. Calibrate and adjust machine settings to optimize production efficiency and quality.

6. Collaborate with the production team to schedule and execute machine maintenance without causing undue disruption to production schedules.

7. Maintain accurate records of machine maintenance activities and parts inventory.

8. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in machine maintenance is preferred.

2. Proven experience in the maintenance and repair of injection moulding machines.

3. Knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems within injection moulding equipment.

4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

5. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

6. Good communication skills.

7. Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

8. Physical stamina and the ability to stand, lift, and move heavy equipment.

9. Commitment to safety and the highest standards of equipment maintenance.
