RPA Solutions Team Lead / Scrum Master

Location: Washington, DC (Hybrid)

Role:

• The RPA Team Lead / Scrum Master is the lead of each Optional team, serving as the driving force behind the optional automation teams, guiding the development and integration of RPA bots within the existing IT landscape.
• They also oversee the Scrum process, promoting Agile methodologies and ensuring their correct application.
• They will also champion citizen development and assist with outreach activities with the directorates and stakeholders.

Requirements

Responsibility:

• The RPA Team Lead / Scrum Master is responsible for steering the workflow of the optional team, managing potential obstacles, and coordinating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review, and retrospective meetings.
• They ensure adherence to Agile and DevSecOps principles, interact with the Product Owner to maintain and prioritize the Product Backlog and provide overall strategic guidance and leadership for the automation solutions.
• They will also identify and build foundational components and guard rails required for the DevSecOps and Citizen Development teams.
• They will also ensure that project artifacts like the charter, plan, wiki, and team spaces are current and up to date.

• UiPath RPA Business Certification
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM)

Education/Year of Exp:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management roles, ideally within Agile and RPA environments. The individual should have proven expertise in leading complex projects, coordinating teams, and driving project deliverables to completion.
