Job Summary:

As a Staffing Sales Rep at Alliance Workforce, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, forging strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, understanding client staffing needs, and collaborating with our recruitment team to provide tailored solutions. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive our agency's success and contribute to the growth of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. New Business Development: Identify and target potential clients through market research, networking, and outreach to expand our client portfolio.

2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.

3. Needs Analysis: Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs and challenges, offering customized staffing solutions and proposals.

4. Strategic Partnerships: Develop and nurture strategic partnerships and alliances with businesses, associations, and organizations to generate new business opportunities.

5. Sales Strategies: Create and implement effective sales strategies, including pricing, market positioning, and client segmentation, to achieve and exceed sales targets.

6. Market Insight: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and challenges.

7. Sales Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, client feedback, and market insights to senior management.

8. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure successful candidate placements and fulfill client staffing needs.


Requirements

Qualifications:

- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the staffing or recruitment industry.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficient in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.

Salary: $800.00 base salary per week with commission structure (30k + and more)
