As an Optimization Associate, Search and Social you will be responsible for the execution of paid search and YouTube Social campaigns utilizing our proprietary technology, insights, and optimization tactics. The role involves a combination of hands-on campaign management, data analysis, pre-sale strategy development, and cross-team collaboration to ensure client satisfaction. (Please note, internally your title will be Campaign Manager, Search and Social).

Most of all, an Optimization Associate should be excited to novel challenges with outside the box thinking. This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities Include:

• Subject matter expert in Google Search or YouTube ads
• Ongoing management of campaign performance, campaign delivery, and campaign profitability
• Analyze data and implement optimization tactics to execute advertising campaigns based on client objectives.
• Develop actionable insights and make recommendations to internal Client Services team.
• Monitor and analyze reporting on a frequent basis to ensure optimal delivery and performance of campaigns.
• Work with Strategy, Sales, and Client Services to ensure client success
• Contribute to the development of best practices

Requirements

• 1 to 4 years experience in campaign management of Google Search or YouTube campaigns
• College degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Physics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Business
• Can thrive in a fast-paced and high-growth work environment
• Experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Adwords
• Ability to translate business concepts to online marketing strategies, and vice versa
• Team player with good communication and collaboration skills

Compensation range: $65-80K base + 20% bonus potential. We offer full health coverage, generous PTO, an award-winning office culture!

The base range provided is AdTheorents current assessment for this role. The confirmed salary will be commensurate with experience, education, skills, and other factors. This is subject to change, but will be no less than the minimum stated. We encourage all to apply, as applicants will be assessed on an individual basis.
