Future US Homes, Fashion & Beauty Portfolio is expanding! We are looking to hire a Sales Director across our Homes Portfolio of brands, selling across Homes & Gardens, LivingEtc, and Real Homes. This role sits in the Fashion, Beauty, and Homes vertical at Future and you will have the opportunity to partner with legacy brands such as Who What Wear and Marie Claire!

As the Sales Director, you will manage a list of development accounts. Client relationships and relevant digital sales experience in the Shelter and Design Living space are necessary. We are looking for a passionate, driven, resilient, creative individual to handle key categories such as Paint, Appliances, Big Box Retail, and endemic trade accounts (i.e. textiles, carpet, etc..). Youll work closely with pre-sale teams to conceptualize and sell integrated advertising and sponsorship packages, including Affiliate, Branded Content, Social Media, Newsletter, Influencer, Events, Podcast, Experiential, and Display Media.

If youre the ideal candidate for this role, you take pride in developing out of the box creative solutions to meet advertiser objectives and exceed sales goals. You are also self-motivated results-oriented and can thrive in an entrepreneurial setting. Ultimately, you are comfortable maintaining and leading relationships with clients and agency partners.

This position is based in New York and reports directly to the SVP of Sales.

Key Duties:

  • Proactively engage, strategize, and cultivate deep relationships with senior-level clients and agency members.
  • Respond to and service clients, ensuring any issues are resolved with 100% satisfaction.
  • Maintain complete, updated status of all information relating to accounts.
  • Manage campaign deliverables as needed and interface with post-sale Client Services and Ad Operations teams to ensure campaign elements are launched, monitored and operating by our standards and client expectations.
  • Manage and maintain relationships, including daily analysis of sales and activity with affiliate partners.
  • Monitor monthly goals, including reviewing all data and analytics, communicating with editorial and sales

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4+ years of digital Ad Sales experience
  • Extensive knowledge and experience selling integrated advertising packages, including Branded Content, Social Media, Newsletter, Influencer, Podcast, Experiential and Display Media
  • Strong history of exceeding aggressive monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales quotas
  • Relationships with decision-makers for major online advertisers and online media buying agencies
  • Proactive, can-do attitude
