Working Pattern: Hybrid

Salary: $80,000 - 85,000 + Discretionary Bonus

With Intelligences Womens Summits has built a reputation for hosting the must-attend events for senior women in private markets across the globe. Regularly attracting audiences between 200 and 1000 investment professionals - those who actively allocate in the sector, and those who raise funds and do deals. These Summits feature a lively and vibrant atmosphere that allows for honest, eye-opening, and straightforward discussions, and unparalleled networking opportunities.

Having rapidly expanded the portfolio over the past 12 months, geo-cloning the flagship Womens Private Equity Summit to both Europe and Asia, and launching a new Canadian Summit, With Intelligence is now seeking an experienced event marketing manager to join its team in New York.

Working under the Head of Marketing Womens Summits, they will be focused on developing an audience of engaged investors, investment consultants and asset managers, with an aim to increase audience numbers, and gain in-depth data that will be key to growing our business. Primarily focused on outbound marketing, including email and social media, the Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for strategizing, creating, and delivering on all aspects of their event marketing campaigns.

This role will play a vital part in delivering With Intelligences largest events portfolio over the next year, helping to build, solidify and grow the brand within the active North American investment sphere.

In addition to executing flawless campaigns, with expertly written copy, the Senior Marketing Manager must be proficient in handling data and have good working knowledge of excel. They will need to comfortable handling multi-channel campaigns and liaising with global teams to help ensure key deliverables are met. They must be able to report back on campaign successes and failures, adapting future messaging based on these results.

They will be personable, versatile, and proactive.

Key Responsibilities:

Help develop and execute marketing strategies for the North American events portfolio

Expertly deliver marketing campaigns to raise brand awareness and drive delegate acquisition

Work closely with various teams, including our Investor Relations and Delegate Engagement teams, to co-ordinate an active engagement plan for our target audience

Work with other internal brands and platforms to build an audience of engaged contacts

Support outreach for sponsorship across the portfolio

Reach out and connect with relevant industry partners who will be vital to supporting the marketing effort

Create accurate and in-depth data research requests for various audiences relevant to each event

Report on the progress of the event marketing strategy providing feedback on successes and failures ensuring we deliver audience targets.

Requirements

Previous experience of working in a B2B event marketing

Passionate, self-motivated and willing to participate in the team and be a stakeholder in developing this fast-growing brand

Demonstrable ability to collaborate with all levels of leadership and across multiple teams

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong attention to detail

Advance Microsoft office skills

Experience of working within the investment management space preferred, but not expected
