Hire Resolve has a client in Chandler, Arizona that is looking for a Tax Accountant to join their team. The Tax Accountant will be responsible for the management of clients' tax affairs, including the preparation of various tax returns, financial statements, and tax compliance. The ideal candidate will have experience in tax accounting, be able to work independently, and possess strong organizational and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of tax returns, financial statements, and tax compliance reports
• Reviewing and assisting with the preparation of complex tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations
• Planning and implementing tax strategies
• Communication with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates on tax filings and other related matters
• Researching and providing insight on tax-related issues and changes in tax law
• Assisting with the preparation of internal/external tax-related documents, such as provision calculations, tax accruals and other analyses

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• 3+ years of experience in tax accounting
• Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal tax laws and regulations
• CPA or Enrolled Agent certification preferred
• Proficiency in tax preparation software and MS Office
