1.Support by definition, roll out and testing of the business processes within D2C Model
2.Understanding, managing and improving the whole process area from order creation through delivery to invoicing
3.Support services in order management (e.g. order intake, claims and query handling, customer master data, Promo support, local defined tasks), payments, product availability, returns, reviews, tracking invoices and reconciliation status
4.PT intermediate person for order management topics between the external providers and PT stakeholders.
5.2nd Level Support: Provide 2nd level support to customers who require assistance with their orders. That includes investigating and resolving complex issues that cannot be resolved by the 1st level support team or by external partner, including customer complaint, query management and on time closure
6.Train, enable our UCC agents providing 1st level support and check their performance
7.Process local requirements & raise topics to the central BOP-ECO that need overarching solutions. Be an active part of the BOP D2C team
