As a Manufacturing Inventory Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, analyzing inventory data, and implementing strategies to improve inventory control and efficiency. Location: Selma area| Compensation: $60K-$75K, DOE| Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm| Great Benefits Package Offered and Holiday Pay!



Key Responsibilities:

  • Regularly analyze inventory data to assess stock levels, turnover rates, and trends
  • Identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable solutions
  • Develop and implement to optimize inventory levels minimize excess stock, and reduce carrying costs while ensuring uninterrupted production
  • Work closely with the production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure accurate inventory tracking, timely replenishment, and efficient material flow
  • Utilize historical data and demand forecasts to maintain adequate stock levels and avoid shortages
  • Adjust inventory plans based on production schedules and market dynamics
  • Generalize and present reports and KPIs related to inventory performance, highlighting trends and areas for improvement in management

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in inventory analysis or a similar role within a manufacturing environment
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines
