Job Title: Bilingual Manufacturing Inventory AnalystPosition Overview: As a Bilingual Manufacturing Inventory Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring efficient inventory management in our manufacturing operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain accurate inventory records, optimize stock levels, and support our production processes.Key Responsibilities:Inventory Analysis: Monitor and analyze inventory levels, track usage, and identify trends and discrepancies.Bilingual Communication: Utilize your Spanish language skills to effectively communicate with Spanish-speaking team members and external contacts.Warehouse Operations: Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure efficient material handling, storage, and distribution.Bill of Materials (BOM): Work with BOMs to ensure alignment with production needs and maintain accuracy.Process Improvements: Identify areas for process improvement and suggest and implement enhancements to optimize inventory management.Reporting: Generate regular reports on inventory performance, trends, and key metrics for management review.Qualifications:1+ years of experience in inventory analysis or a related field, preferably in a manufacturing setting.Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.Warehouse operations experience.Familiarity with Bill of Materials (BOM).Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.Effective communication and collaboration skillsJob Type: Full-timeSalary: $60,000.00 - $67,000.00 per yearSchedule:8 hour shiftWork Location: In person
