Job Title: Human Resources II - Manufacturing

Position Overview: As a Human Resources II, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR department. You will work closely with employees, providing guidance and support in various HR functions, with a specific focus on workers' compensation in a manufacturing setting. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with 2+ years of HR experience to grow their career with a dynamic company.

Key Responsibilities:

Workers' Compensation: Manage and oversee workers' compensation claims, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for employees and compliance with all relevant regulations.
Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations through effective communication, conflict resolution, and addressing employee concerns.
Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
Policy Implementation: Implement and enforce HR policies, procedures, and best practices to maintain a positive and compliant workplace.
Benefits Administration: Support employees with benefits-related inquiries and administer benefits programs.
Training and Development: Assist in the development and delivery of training programs for employees and supervisors.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
2+ years of HR experience, with exposure to workers' compensation in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $60,000.00 - $67,000.00 per year
