Requirements
Under direction of the Blowmold Supervisor and/or Blowmold Manager, perform assigned responsibilities to support the safe and productive manufacture of quality product and to meet the goals and daily production targets on all machines within the Blowmold department. Perform basic maintenance to keep the machines in optimal working condition. Perform regular quality checks on product and rectify if required.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide safe and efficient operation of the 6-head Uniloy Blow Mold machines, trimmers, leak testers & Baggers.
Perform machine startup, parison/weight adjustment, basic machine troubleshooting for quality product.
Perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on equipment as necessary.
Responsible for coordinating shift production needs and reporting paperwork.
All duties relating to product quality control.
Oversee loading of product into trailers.
Experience:
Experience in fast paced manufacturing. Plastic experience is a plus but not necessary.
Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment with little direct supervision.
Ability to stand for 8-10 hours and lift up to 50lbs as required.
