Our client is looking for a J2EE Developer to design, develop, & implement solutions for the Identity Access Management (IAM) platform & services, as part of migrating from the current Oracle IAM stack to Azure AD. This person will work in close coordination with application, business teams and Vendors, coordinate deployments across Production and Non-Production environments through predefined processes, and help business and application teams triage and resolve technical issues affecting their application.

Requirements

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with project planning, design, development, and release management activities for various EHS shared service component developments and EHS application developments.
• Work on all phases of software development life cycle (SDLC) including requirement analysis, design, implementation, and testing.
• Collaborate with customers and internal/external teams to ensure development, configuration, and implementation are consistent with user specifications
• Adhere to all quality, organizational, legal, and company processes, policies, procedures, and standards
• Create technical documents including application architecture, designs, integrations processes, and testing procedures
• Perform code reviews, and document Unit Test results and deployment documents for code promotions.
• Participate in design reviews and identify potential mitigation strategies for technical risks.
• Diagnose application, infrastructure, and technology issues using various resources; define an appropriate solution; support the resolution; and document the incident record.
• Develop test cases and complete testing to validate concept and functionality.
• Ability to work some flexible hours as needed for production support as well as new release deployments
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager Preferred Skills and Experience
• 8+ years of experience in Java software development
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience in React, JQuery, and Javascript framework
• Experience in Springboot Application Design and Coding
• Experience in Design Patterns, Performance Architecture, & Microservices
• Knowledge of Routing Algorithms using Java Technologies
• Experience working in Web Service (REST & SOAP).
• Exposure to AWS and CICD
• Exposure to Oracle Fusion Middleware
• Exposure to integrating with various front end technology component
• Working knowledge of Eclipse, STS, JIRA, Git, SVN, Jenkins, Version Control and Code Quality Tools
• Experience with XML and JSON schema
• Experience in CRUD operations in Postgres, Oracle, SQL databases.
• Experience in Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of Azure OAUTH & JWT
