As a Home Health Aide(HHA) at Alpha Homecare Agency LLC, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients by providing essential in-home care and support.
Responsibilities:
Assisting clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Administering medications and following prescribed treatment plans
Assisting with mobility and transferring clients as needed
Preparing and serving meals according to dietary restrictions
Monitoring and documenting client health and progress
Assisting with light housekeeping and maintaining a safe environment
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Current certification as a Home Health Aide(HHA)
CPR and First Aid Certification
Compassion, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable transportation
Clean Criminal Record
Physical stamina to provide care for extended periods, and ability to lift and transfer clients when necessary
