Looking for a career with a first-class provider of apartment homes and apartment management services? General Services Corporation (GSC) is looking for for a dynamic, energetic Floating Property Manager. Your responsibilities will include:

Act as a Floating Property Manager where staff is needed. Assist with the overall management of an apartment community under the direction of the Regional Property Manager. Maintain occupancy and customer satisfaction at a premium level. Direct supervision of leasing staff and Service Supervisor.

Requirements

To be considered for this role you will need at least 3 years experience as a Floating Property Manager, have an excellent sense of time management, and be self-motivated by the success of others. Available where staff is needed. Assist with the overall management of an apartment community under the direction of the Regional Property Manager. Maintain occupancy and customer satisfaction at a premium level. Direct supervision of leasing staff and Service Supervisor.

1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Experience: Three years experience as a Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager in a computerized environment, including employee supervision.
3. Must have a valid drivers license within the state of residency and proof of automobile insurance. Must have own transportation.
4. Must have command of the English language.
5. Some weekend work is required.
6. Achieve apartment goals, but not limited to occupancy, residents retention, turnovers, budget efficiency, etc
7. Maintain personnel pay rate in accordance with approved budgets
8. Manage daily operations for Leasing, Services, Reports, meeting deadline, and other duties as assigned
