Job DescriptionOur growing business is looking for skilled problem solvers to join our team as an Online chat specialist (Entry Level). We need an enthusiastic individual who can chat online with visitors and answer any questions they might have while visiting a website. The successful candidate will offer quick and accurate assistance to customers.The Online chat specialist reports to the Online Chat Manager and will be responsible for providing a variety of customer support related duties for the company and our clients. This person will interact daily with visitors on our client's websites via (Online chat software) and will be expected to provide exceptional customer support in real-time. They should be capable of hand multiple incoming requests for information.
