You can expect to regularly: Check-in/Check-out patients and schedule follow up appointments. Accurately enter patient demographic information. Scan photo IDs and insurance card as well as verify insurances. Collect applicable co-pays and ensure billing information is updated. Balance money drawers at end of day. Maintain calm and efficient patient flow through the clinics. RequirementsCertifications/Educations:High School DiplomaKnowledge of:Customer service principles and practicesExperience:Using computer systems and applications, including entering data and typingPreferred Qualifications - How can you set yourself apart from other applicants? One year of experience performing reception duties.Work EnvironmentThis position operates in a professional office environment. The noise level is usually moderate. May require travel to other clinic locations based on manager discretion.
