Purpose:

Perform services as described below. Possess extensive knowledge of non-destructive testing (NDT) of heat exchanger components and other airworthy and non-airworthy components. Perform at a high level of efficiency, decision making and energy. Possess Integrity as an individual and employee.

Essential Job Functions:

• Responsible for the daily NDT inspection, paperwork, checklists, and inspection logs
• Read and comply with work instructions
• Write technical and accurate reports as needed
• Accurately complete work orders, data inputs within ERP system
• Read and understand Commercial, FAA, EASA, Repair Station, and ISO documentations
• Operate and maintain tools for penetrant inspection, visual inspection
• Mentor and train other personnel as needed
• Operate, maintain and service specialized equipment
• Perform other duties as assigned by any supervisor in a professional manner

Requirements

• Certification of Level II NDT certification
• High School Diploma/GED minimum
• Minimum 3 years of experience
• Computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
• Read and adhere to verbal and written instructions in English
• This position is in a room that is kept dark
• Must abide by safety regulations required in these areas, including wear required PPE
• Experience working in Nadcap certified facilities is preferred
