PXGEO, a global leader in sustainable seismic solutions for the energy transition, is seeking a ROV Tooling Technician to join our team. This role will be responsible for ensuring the effective operation of remotely operated vehicles (ROVs) during seismic data acquisition projects. As a member of the PXGEO team, you will be part of a global group of experts committed to innovation, sustainability and responsible action in the energy industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to the ROV team in the field
• Conduct regular maintenance on ROV tooling and equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair ROV tooling and equipment as needed
• Assist with mobilization and demobilization of ROV systems
• Ensure all ROV operations comply with company safety and environmental policies
• Participate in training and development programs for ROV personnel
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts for ROV operations

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in engineering or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with remotely operated vehicles in the oil and gas industry
• Familiarity with ROV tooling and equipment
• Strong technical and analytical skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
