Job Description
:
1. Manage end-to-end JioFiber business at the unit Level
2. Ensure right manpower availability as per the scope
3. Provide necessary on the job training and performance coaching
4. Achieve sales target for FTTH business at the Unit/Territory and at individual level
5. Drive sales through other channels like general trade, sales partners, etc.
6. Conduct programs and campaigns for customer acquisition and engagement
7. Acquire building and society permissions for the assigned, Unit/Territory
8. Maintain desired level of Customer Satisfaction Index
9. Build relations with local authorities and handle any unforeseen, situations and escalations
