Dew Software is seeking an experienced IAM Architect to strengthen our team of experts who are dedicated to driving digital transformation and innovation for our Fortune 500 clients. As an IAM Architect, you will play a critical role in protecting our clients' information by developing, implementing, and operating IAM solutions. You will also work on designing secure systems while collaborating with a team of engineers, developers, and business stakeholders to meet the organization's requirements. We are a CMMi Level 3 and ISO certified company that uses cutting-edge technologies in delivering exceptional outcomes. Responsibilities

• Develop, design, and implement IAM solutions to meet business objectives.
• Define and develop security architecture for IAM solutions ensuring that they align with security policies, standards, and best practices.
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team of engineers, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure security measures are integrated into all processes and applications.
• Research current trends and emerging technologies in IAM.
• Ensure that all IAM systems and technologies are integrated and working effectively.
• Ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information and systems within the company.
• Develop IAM-related policies, procedures, and standards that align with the organization's goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in IAM architecture.
• Experience with identity governance, access management, and privilege management tools and processes.
• Experience with cloud identity, federation, and directory services.
• Ability to develop and maintain IAM-focused policies, procedures, and standards.
• Experience with security policy and regulatory requirements (HIPAA, PCI, SOX, etc).
• Good understanding of security principles and threats.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
