Responsibilities

• Oversee logistics and operations processes to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Develop and implement logistics and operations strategies to improve efficiency.
• Supervise and manage logistics and operations staff, ensuring team members are meeting performance targets.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors, negotiating contracts and managing partnerships.
• Analyze sales and delivery data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Monitor inventory levels to optimize stock and reduce waste.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for logistics and operations processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in operations management, logistics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in logistics and operations management.
• Knowledge of transportation management systems (TMS) and warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as needed.
