As a Journeyman Electrician, you play an integral role in creating the quality apartments for our residents to call home for years to come. You will work with our team in new construction, building apartments from the ground up. To be successful in this role you must be reliable, detail oriented, and communicate effectively. Exceptional candidates are those who are driven, love to work hard alongside their team, have excellent leadership skills, and are dedicated to teaching others.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build your own skills by training apprentices to be the best in the business
- Consult blueprints, designs, and client instructions to develop construction plans for your team
- Manage construction sites, ensuring that workers adhere to construction plans and safety codes
- Create and enforce employee schedules and construction timelines
- Promote job site safety, encourage safe work practices, and rectify job site hazards.

- Journeyman - $45.00/hr.
- Apprentice 4 - $36.00/hr.
- Apprentice 3 - $31.00/hr.
- Apprentice 2 - $27.00/hr.
- Apprentice 1 - $23.00/hr.

Requirements
- Ability to read and interpret electrical plans
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Low Voltage area
- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be detail oriented, have excellent interpersonal skills, problem solving abilities, and proven leadership skills
- Must have a good understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and blueprint reading
