1 Resource Group is looking for equipment parts customer service representative in Miami, FL. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for developing customer relationships and success to work directly for our client. As the Parts Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in parts and service across the construction industry. Your work will be supported by a team of technical experts, designers, and sales professionals.

The Parts Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our parts operations, including without being limited to, internal processes, parts sales, inventory management, warehouse operations, market analysis, dealership relationship management, and price strategies.

This position plays a key role in driving the growth and profitability of our clients parts business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background auto and/or trucking industry focused in parts management, excellent leadership skills, and a strategic mindset to optimize our parts operations.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective strategies for parts sales, pricing, and market penetration;
  • Manage and optimize inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock availability while minimizing excess inventory;
  • Oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping processes;
  • Analyze market trends and customer demands to identify opportunities for expanding our parts business;
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with dealerships, suppliers, and manufacturers;
  • Lead a team of parts staff, providing guidance, training, and performance management;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth coordination between parts, sales, and service departments;
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of parts operations and identify areas for improvement;

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field (preferred);
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in parts management or a similar role;
  • Strong knowledge of parts operations, dealership management, and market analysis;
  • Proficiency in using inventory management systems and software (Preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365);
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills;

Compensation Package

Ranging between $40,000 per year, depending on experience + commisssion
