Virtual Integration Personnel, a leading staffing agency in the warehousing industry, is seeking skilled Mig / Structural Welders & Fabricators to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling and welding metal parts to create structures according to specifications.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret plans and blueprints to determine the layout of the structure.
• Use MIG and TIG welding techniques to weld metal parts and components together.
• Conduct quality checks to evaluate the integrity of welds and ensure that they conform to industry standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve welding issues to minimize the need for rework.
• Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment to ensure its longevity and performance.
• Work with a team of other welders and fabricators to assemble structures efficiently.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment and adhere to all safety regulations.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in MIG and TIG welding and fabrication.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Understanding of welding safety practices and procedures.
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials and equipment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
