DGR Systems is looking for a Part-Time Marketing Intern located in our Tampa, FL Office. The position will focus on strategies and best practices for both internal and external brand management. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a current college student to gain practical experience in various aspects of marketing, including market research, content creation, social media management, and data analysis. This position requires an individual who is highly motivated, knowledgeable of best practices associated with business marketing and branding, and has excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative marketing support to the executive and sales team, including organizing files, managing calendars, and scheduling meetings
• Conduct research to understand industry trends, customer preferences, and competitors. Analyze data and provide insights to support marketing decisions
• Assist in creating marketing collateral such as blog posts, social media content, email campaigns, and promotional materials. Ensure content is engaging and aligns with the brand's voice and message
• Help manage and schedule social media posts across various platforms. Monitor social media channels for engagement and respond to comments or inquiries

• Compile and analyze marketing data to measure campaign effectiveness. Generate reports and recommend strategies for improvement
• Assist in planning and organizing marketing events, webinars, or trade shows. Coordinate logistics and promotional materials
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with social media platforms
• Basic understanding of marketing principles and concepts

• Creative thinking and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Enthusiasm to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
