We are seeking an Ophthalmologist for a leading ophthalmology practice focused on surgery in Bristol, TN. The ideal candidate must strongly emphasize quality of care and be capable of independent decision-making.
You will lead all clinical aspects of the center to ensure the best patient care for all General Ophthalmology, Refractive, Cataract, Retina, and Glaucoma patients. You will handle eye care emergencies and perform cataract surgery, lasers, and minor procedures.
The day-to-day activities will be managed by a practice manager overseen by a regional director. Technicians, Scribes, Testers, Front Desk, and Optical staff will be based on clinic volume. You will typically see 45 or more patients depending on the subspecialty.

Requirements:
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution specializing in Ophthalmology.
- Valid or in the process of obtaining a state medical license to practice as an Ophthalmologist.
- Board certification or board-eligible in Ophthalmology.
- Strong knowledge of ophthalmic treatments and procedures.
- Excellent diagnostic and surgical skills.
- Proficiency in using medical equipment and technology.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently in any environment.
