We are currently seeking a talented and enthusiastic Mid-Level Interior Architect/Designer to join our client's team in New York. As a Mid-Level Interior Architect/Designer, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects in the Architecture & Planning industry while collaborating with a dynamic and passionate team.

Responsibilities

• Work independently and collaboratively towards design solutions
• Assist in developing design and technical solutions for projects in all phases from concepts through construction administration
• Perform design assignments with general direction and guidance
• Produce design drawings, presentation drawings and digital models in support of design teams
• Research products and materials, review existing projects and those under construction to inform the production of design documentation
• Contribute to general office-wide initiatives and marketing efforts
• Demonstrate motivation in seeking new responsibilities and challenges
• Help foster relationships with clients and consultants with team leaders
• Assist with the supervision and mentorship of junior staff

Requirements

• The ideal candidate will have between 5-10 years of professional experience in an interior design or architecture firm with a focus on interiors for corporate, healthcare and/or higher education clients
• A professional degree in Interior Design or Architecture and 5-10 years of related experience
• Highly motivated, proactive and passionate
• Excellent team communication, design presentation and storytelling skills
• Proficiency in Revit, Enscape, Rhino, Sketch-Up, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office
