As a Bookkeepering Clerk, you will play a pivotal role in our finance department, focusing on maintaining accurate financial records and supporting day-to-day financial operations. This position is ideal for someone who has a passion for numbers, a strong attention to detail, and a desire to contribute to the financial health of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Entry and Management: Accurately record financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial reports such as income statements, balance sheets, and other financial summaries to aid decision-making processes.
• Record Maintenance: Ensure financial records are well-organized and up-to-date, facilitating audits and financial reviews.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the finance team and other departments to address financial needs and resolve any accounting issues.
• Process Support: Provide administrative support for various financial processes and tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• A desire to kickstart or develop a career in finance and bookkeeping.
